Komatsu AX080 axle oil

Komatsu engine oil

Komatsu diesel engine oils have excellent resistance to oxidation and deposit formation that helps the engine maintain its original horsepower and fuel efficiency ratings. These quality engine oil products are designed to protect even the hottest components in off-road engines, such as turbocharger bearings, piston rings, top lands and more.

Because of their performance properties, these engine oils can also be used in many other diesel applications. These include stationary generators, fire water pump drives, over-the-road trucks and any other application where a CK-4 is suitable for use.

Komatsu grease G2-LI

G2-LI grease can be used in many types of stationary equipment that call for multipurpose grease, such as belt conveyor pulley bearings, pump bearings, fan bearings, automotive chassis and more.

G2-LI锂12-hydroxystearate润滑脂同情tible with:

• Other lithium greases
• Most lithium complex and lithium-calcium greases*
• Many calcium complex greases*
• Because this premiere lubricant does not contain moly or other solids, it can be used in many rolling element bearings.

*Usage note: To ensure Komatsu G2-LI grease compatibility with an individual component or part, please check your manufacturers manual. Komatsu G2-LI should not be used in electric motors, high speed greased couplings, worm gears, or heavily loaded open gears. For these applications, please consult your Komatsu rep to learn about the full portfolio of greases available through the Komatsu parts program.

Komatsu hydraulic oil

Unlike other fluids that may lose viscosity when put into service, Komatsu hydraulic oil is shear-stable, meaning it will maintain its original ISO viscosity grade throughout its full service life. Because of its proven performance, this quality fluid can also be used in most hydraulic systems calling for anti-wear hydraulic oil.

Komatsu Supercoolant

Komatsu Supercoolant is an ethylene glycol based extended life engine coolant specially designed to provide long-lasting protection for modern engines. Komatsu Supercoolant is a blue nitrite-free formula that contains a blend of phosphate and OAT. This mixture help guard against corrosion and oxidation in diesel, gasoline and natural gas engines.

Usage notes: Do not mix with other brands of coolant. Be sure to perform a system flush before using Komatsu Supercoolant for the first time.

Komatsu transmission oil

Komatsu transmission oil is designed to meet TO-4 specs, which means it can be used in a variety of off-road equipment brands. Its outstanding thermal and oxidation resistance enables it to perform well even in high temperature TO-4 applications. Also backwards-compatible, it can be used in equipment with TO-2 specifications.

No matter what transmission oil you choose to use, be sure to consult your OEM manual for fluid selection and maintenance requirements.
